OUR HERITAGE
Passion for food, passed down for generations
Chef Andrey has developed a passion for great cooking as a child in Lviv, Ukraine where he worked beside his grandmother Alexandra, who was a respected chef in her own right. He helped her plan and cook for all kinds of events, from family dinners to large weddings, taking in everything she taught along the way. He tried a few other occupations as a young man—but nothing compared to the joy he got from cooking the way his grandmother taught him. Bringing that great food to events in Connecticut has become his life’s mission.
Grandmother Alexandra’s food is still Andrey’s secret weapon. When she passed away in 1995, she left him her vast collection of authentic ethnic recipes of Ukrainian, Jewish, German, and Polish cuisines. Passed down from generation to generation, Chef's family delish recipes are tried-and-true favorites that we still love today, and it showcased in all of our menus.
Our traditional dishes, recipes, and stories behind them - takes us back to our Grandma's kitchen.
Now Chef Andrey has carried them into his kitchen. Chef Andrey has adapted some of them to fit American palates and lifestyles, but his respect for authenticity and his ability to use these special recipes to create unique international menus have set him apart.
To preserve the authenticity and freshness of each and every dish, Chef Andrey uses a high quality of authentic, and local ingredients. In addition to the extended list of menus, our Chef is preparing an elegant meals that represent Italian, French, Asian, Southern cuisines. He is a Hands-on Chef who does more for less.

We offer complete food, beverage, staffing, décor and rental packages for events from 20 guests to 350 guests.

We design all of our menus for each and every event. Although there are some dishes that we love and want to recommend from time to time, by and large, each menu is a distinct reflection of the clients and their vision for the event. Our fine local ingredients, Farm fresh sourced food, chef-driven menus, and highest quality service will make your party the One to remember.

To aid you in finding the best party locations, we provide access to the most unique, exciting and beautiful venues in the area. From a historic museum to a working farm to hard-to-find private locations throughout the area, we will help secure the perfect reception site.
